Responsibilities
Lead engineering activities for new product launches and production start-up
Implement process improvements, ECIs, and KAIZEN initiatives
Design and build in-house equipment to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Develop process documentation (PFMEA, process flows, capacity, standard work)
Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues with sustainable solutions
Coordinate new line installation and cross-functional launch activities
Support cost analysis, capital equipment planning, and process optimization
Drive continuous improvement and smart manufacturing initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (automotive or high-volume preferred)
Strong background in new product launches and process improvement
Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement / KAIZEN
Knowledge of manufacturing systems, tooling, automation, and process controls
Experience with CAD, ERP, MES, or data tools
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
Preferred
Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
