Responsibilities

Support the integrity and cleanliness of the Greenhouse ATS by performing regular system audits and identifying areas for improvement
Execute approved, routine configuration updates within Greenhouse, such as modifying existing custom fields, updating offer approval workflows, offer templates, etc
Maintain a comprehensive change log detailing all system updates and issues identified, ensuring timely communication to management and stakeholders
Conduct regular, detailed audits of candidate data, requisition statuses, and system usage within Greenhouse to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Monitor and review the correct usage of metadata (custom fields, sources, disposition reasons) to ensure adherence to documented workflows and data governance standards
Partner with the primary Greenhouse Administrator to assist in the testing and deployment of new features, system enhancements, and integrations
Identify and document system challenges and discrepancies, escalating complex issues to the primary administrator for resolution
Contribute to the documentation of new TA Operations processes and help maintain up-to-date team-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Provide immediate Greenhouse troubleshooting support to Talent Acquisition where needed

Required

1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting a Talent Acquisition system, with direct experience using Greenhouse
Familiarity with Greenhouse functionalities and a foundational understanding of how configuration changes impact downstream reporting and user experience
Proven ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues through regular auditing and technical troubleshooting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clearly articulating issues, documenting processes and creating SOPs, as well as tracking changes for a non-technical audience
Highly detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and a proactive problem solver focused on data quality and system health
