Responsibilities
Campaign Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated GTM campaigns and programs. You will align Product Marketing, Media, Creative and Measurement teams to ensure our message is consistent and impactful across all our GTM activations
Social & Community Strategy: Define and lead the 'LinkedIn for Small Business' social presence. You will establish a best-in-class organic social strategy that serves as a lighthouse for the SMB community—focusing on high-value thought leadership, customer spotlights, and community engagement that transforms our brand from a utility to a trusted partner
Channel Strategy: Partner with the media and social teams to define the optimal channel mix. You’ll experiment with everything from traditional digital media to community-led initiatives and influencer partnerships
Agency Management: Act as the day-to-day lead for our creative and media agencies, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and—most importantly—on brand
Web & Content Experience: Partner with the Brand Director to revamp our Small Business web destination, ensuring it serves as a high-converting 'home base' for our audience
Measurement & Optimization: Own the campaign dashboard. In partnership with our Insights team, you’ll track Brand Lift, Unaided Brand Awareness (UBA), and ROI to constantly iterate on our tactics
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy (ideally in B2B or SaaS)
A 'Connector': You thrive in a matrixed environment. You can sit between Product, Creative, and Media and speak everyone's language
Customer-Obsessed: You have a deep empathy for the small business owner. You understand their pain points—time, budget, and the need for simplified solutions
Data-Informed, Creatively Driven: You love a good spreadsheet, but you also have the 'gut' to know when a creative concept will truly resonate with an audience
Agile & Entrepreneurial: You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of building new processes where none exist today
Preferred
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
GTM Expertise: Proven track record of launching multi-channel campaigns that moved the needle on brand perception or growth
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience navigating complex organizations and managing multiple stakeholders toward a singular goal
Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product offerings into a compelling value proposition
