Responsibilities
Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates and the business
Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs
Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments
Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions
Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals
Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships
Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education)
Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making
Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards
Excellent time and issue management skills
Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas
Strong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback
Proficiency in applicable software applications
English language fluency
Preferred
Bachelor Degree: (Preferred)
Financial or FinTech design experience
Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams
Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile
Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity
A strong passion for improving people's lives through design
