Senior Analyst
AccruePartners is a well-established investment firm, and they are seeking a Senior Analyst to support both Fund Accounting and Corporate Accounting. The role involves managing a complex accounts payable process and ensuring accurate expense recognition across various investment vehicles.
Responsibilities
Plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely expense recognition across funds, properties, and investment vehicles
Acts as a key coordination point between vendors, property managers, master servicers, and internal accounting teams
Supports financial reporting, due diligence, and audits through expense analysis and accrual calculations
Helps maintain strong internal controls, approval workflows, and vendor risk management standards
Ensures newly closed investments are properly onboarded, validated, and integrated into the Firm’s accounting processes
Directly contributes to the Firm’s operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and investor confidence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a high-volume account payable or expense accounting environment (3-400 invoices monthly)
Experience within asset management, real estate, private equity, or investment services is a strong plus
Strong Excel skills with comfort handling allocations, reconciliations, accruals, and analytical reviews
Detail-oriented, ownership-driven professional who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong communicator comfortable partnering across accounting, operations, and external vendors
Preferred
Exposure to AP systems such as Sage Intacct and/or SAP Concur preferred but not required
