Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses to support production goals
Methods analysis, labor performance evaluations, standard data development, and cost estimating
Take part in man-loading and capacity studies, workflow assessments, make-vs-buy evaluations, and learning curve analyses to optimize operations
Develop actionable plans for implementing new technologies, methodologies, and facility enhancements
Qualification
Required
Background in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Data-savvy, analytical thinker
Experience with software tools like Tableau, Microsoft Office, and other data analysis platforms
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments
Preferred
Union environment with shop floor experience
Experience with Analytical and Project Planning Tools including MS Office suite of tools
Tableau (SQL equivalent) & SAP software experience
Greenbelt Certified – experience leading process improvement activities
Earned Value Management (EVM), an understanding of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)
Previous Sikorsky Operations experience
