Responsibilities
Perform light-duty electrical wiring and troubleshoot industrial equipment
Handle general plumbing repairs as they arise to prevent facility downtime
Manage daily building maintenance tasks, from fixing a door hinge to patching a wall-no job is too small to do right
Take ownership of the facility's first impression by mowing, trimming, edging, and garden upkeep
Ensure the property is free of debris and that all work complies with OSHA and EPA regulations
Maintain meticulous records as required by City, State, and Federal guidelines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in maintenance and repairs is required
Background as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
Proficiency with hardware tools, power equipment, and a strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift and transport up to 75 lbs
Comfortable working from standing, kneeling, sitting, or stooping positions for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory
Preferred
Ability to operate a forklift is a major advantage
