Responsibilities

Partner with Recruiting & HR Manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of 1L, 2L, 3L, lateral attorney, and support staff recruiting

Manage summer associate, lateral attorney, and support staff job postings

Assist with law school and summer associate recruiting, including planning on-campus events, and coordinating interviews

Help manage the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, event logistics, and communication

Maintain the recruiting database, including candidate data entry, interview scheduling, and tracking of lateral attorneys, summer associates, and support staff

Assist in preparation of NALP surveys and Flo Recruit listings

Help prepare and distribute materials for Recruiting Committee meetings

Coordinate onboarding process of lateral attorneys, fall associates, summer associates, and support staff; and

Perform additional projects as assigned by the Recruiting & Human Resources Manager and Members

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience

Ability to effectively communicate and work with people at all levels

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Experience with HRIS databases (e.g., ADP, viRecruit, Flo Recruit, Symplicity, etc.)

Must be able to lift 25 pounds
