Responsibilities

Lead a Team of individuals at multiple offices which are dedicated to providing superior service to our Sales Organization
Develop guidelines for your Team and make sure they are met
Provide coaching to team members and help improve experience
Must be physically present at designated office 5 days out of the week during set hours
Timely handling of service-related questions, escalations, and exceptions
Partner with Sales Team Management to set expectations for your Team
Relationship building with business units, intercompany service departments, Internal/External Wholesalers and Financial Advisors
Facilitation of exception reviews
Develop resolution recommendations
Ability to think outside the box
Partner with business units and fellow SOS Leads for service improvements

Required

7 plus years combined experience in Operations with Corebridge or 10 plus years of Annuity Operations experience outside of Corebridge
Knowledge of Fixed, Index, RILA and Variable Annuity products, processes, and industry requirements
5 plus years experience in managing operations and service teams
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills with high energy level
Proven track record of problem-solving skills
Passionate about customer service
Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
Ability to work with Senior Management across business lines without supervision
Strong team player
Enjoys fast paced environment
Attendance and performance must be in good standing
