Responsibilities
Develop and maintain valued customer relationships while delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments; assume full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio
Lead enterprise integration and delivery across the customer, Lockheed Martin business areas, F-35 PMOs, LM Aero functions, and the supply base
Guide a team of Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Project Managers through strategy, capture, negotiation, baselining, execution, and close‑out of contract scope
Provide hiring, coaching, and mentorship to ensure continuous skill refinement and professional growth within the team
Identify and implement maintenance improvement initiatives that elevate enterprise performance and drive cost efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Sustainment experience
Demonstrated PM experience, managing large value and complex programs
Experience leading large scale enterprise solutions, inclusive of multiple business entities, suppliers, customers, and large functional teams
Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving
Experience communicating with senior customer and company levels of leadership
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain a Secret clearance after hire
Preferred
Depth in F-35 experience, including major issue resolution and sustainment experience
F-35 Program Management experience
Sustainment Leadership experience
Demonstrated ability in creating and driving performance excellence plans, across the enterprise
Proposal leadership of capture efforts; Contract negotiation experience; Subcontractor proposals/ execution oversight
Full spectrum leadership proficiency and demonstrated success energizing teams while openly collaborating and enabling their best performance
Adept in leading and shaping organizational culture
