Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of large-scale BOH technology deployments from planning through go-live and stabilization
Build and manage integrated program plans covering software, hardware, integrations, network readiness, training, vendor execution, and cutover
Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Restaurant Operations, Finance, Security, Legal, Franchise partners, and external vendors
Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution across multiple parallel workstreams
Translate technical constraints into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders
Oversee go-live readiness, cutover execution, and post-launch stabilization
Communicate program progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior leadership
Capture deployment learnings and improve repeatable rollout playbooks
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading large, complex technology or platform deployments in enterprise environments
Strong technical fluency across software systems, integrations, infrastructure, and operational readiness
Experience managing global or multi-region programs
Ability to influence senior stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience with restaurant, retail, or physical location technology systems
Exposure to international deployments or market launches
Familiarity with inventory, labor, or restaurant operating systems
Experience working with franchise partners
