Responsibilities

Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Lead cross-functional teams (software, hardware, testing, product development)
Manage project plans, builds, dependencies, schedules, and issue trackers
Track project metrics and ensure transparent communication
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and resolve project blockers
Participate in design reviews for hardware/software feature alignment
Ensure alignment of controls + mobile app projects with customer installation/service experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer / Mechanical Engineering
7+ years experience in embedded microprocessor-based controls & digital products lifecycle
Strong knowledge of requirements documentation, allocation & traceability
Experience in test case development and execution
Exposure to product/component-level FMEA
Experience with electronics failure analysis
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Engineering
Gas appliance experience (highly preferred)
HVAC / Water Heating domain experience
Electronics design / manufacturing experience
Software experience
Quality / Reliability background
PMP / Project Management certification
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
