Responsibilities
Evaluate the reliability of materials, properties, and production techniques
Plan, design, and develop:
Electronic parts and components
Integrated circuitry
Mechanical systems and equipment
Packaging and/or optical systems
Interact regularly with peers and customers to present technical information and project updates
Collaborate with senior internal and external personnel within area of expertise
Work on issues of diverse scope requiring evaluation and analysis of data factors
Apply sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions
Execute assignments based on defined objectives and determine processes to achieve goals
Work with minimal day-to-day supervision and general guidance on new assignments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
Preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in Electronics Product Design
Strong passion for hardware engineering and continuous improvement
Experience applying modern technologies and best practices in hardware design and processes
Background in VHDL or Verilog
