Responsibilities
Collaboration and planning among the program teams, which include the factory operations performers to ensure cost, schedule, and performance
Provides management and coordination in support of the proposal activities associated with production, sustainment, and development
Coordination of material procurement and supplier management to include make/buy/where decisions, operations strategy, assembly, testing, trouble shooting, root cause investigations, proposal support, EAC development and ensuring appropriate staffing
Accountable for program/business area On-Time Delivery performance
Qualification
Required
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Earned Value (EVMS) experience, qualification and/or certification
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Excellent oral and written communications skills, team building, change management and team leadership experience and able to work with minimum direct supervision Knowledge of transition to manufacturing planning/scheduling concepts

Proposal Experience
Experience today in a supervising capacity driving the day-to-day activities of a cross functional team in a healthy, robust matrixed environment
Flexibility and agility of working in an undefined development environment where processes and procedures may not always exist
Experience with Raytheon processes such as IPDS, Common PDM, CRS, R6S, PRISM/APEX, VM and PROP
Experience with business and project management tools and procedures (e.g., IPDS, EVMS, IMS/IMP, Risk Management, financial forecasts, and EAC)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate program status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including Raytheon senior management, customers, and major subcontractors
Demonstrates initiative, persistence, and creativity in problem solving
Understands the value of communication and collaboration, and keeps the team, leadership and other relevant parties fully informed of performance gaps and success
Direct related experience in operations, project engineering or project management on development and production programs with prior leadership skills in a team-based manufacturing environment
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting to leadership & negotiation skills; ability to effectively persuade and influence through positive communications with stakeholders, team members, customers, and program management
Broad knowledge of business systems, engineering, manufacturing, and financial systems is required
Experience with the implementation, management, planning, and engineering efforts associated with a manufacturing organization
Experience with an MRP system and production planning tools is required
Problem solving, Leadership, and ability to interface across all functions, Team building, basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
