Leading design, configuration management, and life‑cycle management within the systems engineering team
Interacting with leadership on both the customer and supplier side
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful program execution
Qualification
Required
Collaborative and experienced systems engineer
Strong leadership skills
Ability to lead a team through all phases of development on an ADP program
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with leadership on both the customer and supplier side
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Preferred
Experience managing requirements within a PLM tool
Jira and agile methodology
Hypersonic program experience
