They are seeking a Content & Marketing Coordinator to focus on content creation and copywriting, working closely with the CMO and creative team to execute marketing content across various channels.

Responsibilities
Plan, film, and edit short-form social media videos
Develop content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches
Assist in writing video scripts and captions
Participate in and occasionally appear in brand content
Coordinate with creative team to execute content vision
Manage outreach and communication with content creators and influencers
Track performance and identify content improvement opportunities
Schedule and publish posts across social platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok)
Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally
Help grow brand social presence through consistent, engaging content
Monitor social trends and recommend content opportunities
Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms
Assist in planning email campaign strategy
Write and edit email copy including subject lines, body content, and promotional messaging
Coordinate with creative team to communicate visual direction for email campaigns
Review email layouts and ensure copy and visuals align with campaign goals
Submit final email drafts for approval and deployment
Write and edit homepage banners and promotional messaging
Assist in writing product page content and marketing copy
Proofread and refine marketing materials across channels
Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging standards
Act as communication bridge between marketing leadership and creative team
Translate marketing strategy into clear creative briefs
Track deadlines and ensure projects are completed on schedule
Assist in organizing campaign timelines and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills
Basic video filming and editing experience (phone or camera is acceptable)
Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to accept feedback and revise work quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Interest in marketing, content creation, and brand development
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
Preferred
Experience with short-form video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Experience writing marketing or promotional copy
Familiarity with email marketing platforms
Experience working with content creators or influencer outreach
Basic photography or visual composition skills
