Responsibilities

Port Operations & Profitability
Data Collection & Analysis
+ Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from ports, vendors, and internal systems
+ Support port-level profitability analysis through data preparation, variance review, and trend analysis
+ Maintain datasets used for KPI tracking, dashboards, and recurring performance reports
+ Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
+ Support audit and compliance activities through data preparation and validation
Advanced Analysis & Ownership
+ Independently own end-to-end data analysis for assigned ports, including data validation, issue identification, and insight generation
+ Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for management
+ Identify revenue leakage, cost inefficiencies, and process gaps and propose data-backed improvement actions
+ Support executive and GHQ data requests with high-accuracy, time-sensitive analysis
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
+ Communicate regularly with ports, vendors, and third-party carriers to gather data and clarify issues
+ Support issue resolution related to billing discrepancies, data errors, and process gaps
+ Lead data-related process improvement initiatives, including reporting standardization and KPI refinement
+ Support standardization and optimization of port-related processes
Strategic & Special Projects
+ Support special projects related to port optimization, system enhancements, and reporting improvements
+ Assist with data requests for GHQ, audits, and management reviews as assigned
+ Other duties as assigned

Required

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial and operational data analysis
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
Ability to coordinate effectively with ports, vendors, and third-party partners
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
Advanced ability to independently manage complex analytical workstreams with minimal supervision
Bachelor's Degree
3 - 5 Years of Experience in Accounting, Billings, Financial Analysis, Vehicle Logistics

Preferred

Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools
Experience in logistics, port operations, or supply chain environments
4 - 7 Years of Experience in Accounting, Billings, Financial Analysis, Vehicle Logistics
