Responsibilities
System Design: Architect a scalable "Integration Hub" using Java microservices
Strategy & Mapping: Define the Universal Estimate Schema to ensure that Caliber’s 400+ Advisor Rules function consistently regardless of the source platform
API Governance: Lead the "Discovery" phase for Caliber Fleet API capabilities, identifying technical constraints early and designing workarounds for legacy system limitations
Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide technical steering for Scrum teams ensuring code reuse and architectural alignment
Security & Compliance: Design secure authentication flows (OAuth2, SSO) for 3rd-party data exchange and ensure adherence to OEM and carrier data privacy standards
Performance Optimization: Ensure the real-time "Review & Apply" (ROM-002) engine meets strict latency requirements to avoid disrupting Service Advisor workflows
Governance & Standards: Establish coding guidelines and architectural standards for GenAI applications. Ensure adherence to Agile methodology and DevSecOps principles
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor development teams on best practices for AI and cloud-native development
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Azure/AWS Cloud architecture and services
Proficiency in Python, Java, Spring Boot and API development
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AWS AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock)
Knowledge of data engineering and model deployment strategies
Experience in designing high-availability, secure, and scalable applications
Familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus
Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent
Preferred
Certified Solutions Architect Java and Cloud – Professional
Experience with Generative AI use cases in enterprise environments
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and cloud cost optimization strategies
