Document and track technical issues using our ticketing systems for timely resolution
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary, ensuring users are kept informed throughout the process
Qualification
Required

Experience in documenting support cases and using ticketing systems effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic work environment

Prior experience in customer service, call center, or help desk roles
Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing technical issues
