Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of Highland Park Village, ensuring seamless execution across all departments including security, maintenance, guest services, and events
Drive a culture of five-star hospitality and personalized service consistent with the expectations of luxury clientele
Monitor and improve tenant satisfaction, guest experience, and operational KPIs
Lead emergency response procedures, crisis management planning, and health/safety compliance
Foster strong relationships with luxury retail and dining tenants through active communication, engagement, and service support
Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and property management teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and performance targets
Develop and manage the operating budget, including forecasting, reporting, and cost control
Analyze financial performance metrics and optimize resource allocation for maximum return on investment
Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team across all service lines
Create a work environment that encourages excellence, innovation, and accountability
Lead with authenticity and integrity while cultivating a collaborative, high-energy workplace
Act as the face of Highland Park Village, representing the brand’s ethos of elegance, tradition, and refinement
Constantly elevate the guest experience through attention to detail, hospitality initiatives, and world-class standards
Support marketing initiatives, seasonal activations, and community engagement events

Required

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the luxury hospitality industry, with at least 5 years as a General Manager of a five-star hotel, luxury resort or luxury retail shopping center
Demonstrated success managing high-traffic, high-touch service environments
Deep understanding of luxury brand standards and client expectations
Strong financial and operational acumen
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
Sophisticated and poised with strong personal presentation
Strategic thinker with a service-first mindset
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in solving challenges
Comfortable in a high-profile role with demanding clientele and stakeholders
