Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and office communications
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
Prepare, edit, and distribute documents such as reports, invoices, work orders, and correspondence
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with payroll support, time tracking, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as needed
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Support project documentation, permits, and compliance records
Greet visitors and provide general office support
Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and client information
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous administrative or office experience preferred (construction or electrical industry experience a plus)
