Responsibilities
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities
Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and project tracking
Review construction plans, specifications, and submittals
Help monitor project progress and assist in resolving issues
Support compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations
Assist with inspections, documentation, and quality control processes
Promote adherence to company safety policies and procedures
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
Maintain organized project documentation and communication records
Provide administrative and technical support to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Basic knowledge of project engineering and construction principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Familiarity with project management software and construction practices is a plus
