Responsibilities
Drive bid and negotiation strategies across the portfolio
Interface with Program Executive leadership through EPPs and proposal discussions
Engage external customers for fact‑finding, audits, and negotiations
Ensure all proposal submittals align with FAR and Cost & Pricing Data requirements
Develop and present business cases that support strategic decision‑making
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and other non-standard types of proposals
Experience with both production and development proposals
Ability to think strategically and analytically
