Responsibilities
Administer our third part vendor’s site for the plumbing service department
Assist management with the technician training on any existing processes and new rollouts
Assist management in assigning calls to the appropriate technicians
Monitor technician job summaries and notify both technician and management of incomplete summaries
Organize and file technician option sheets
Provide telephone backup coverage, responding to interdepartmental inquiries that require brief and standard information
Maintains daily communication with Technicians
Monitor technicians time on job and notify management of potential productivity and/or customer satisfaction issues
Review Work Summary and applicable hours worked reports and notify management of potential overtime violations
Coordinate meetings and invoice drops
Run and create reports daily, weekly, monthly as needed
Navigation of Power BI and SharePoint
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Coordinate with Safety Manager the scheduling of appointments for vehicle repair/servicing and distribution of gas cards
Other duties as assigned by management team
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
3 years in an Administrative role preferably within the Home Service industry
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft office and the ability to learn other platforms used by branch
A great phone presence, customer service-oriented attitude and sharing in our passion for exceptional service
