Responsibilities
Installation and troubleshooting of industrial HVAC equipment and construction projects
Maintain and upgrade the facility
Manage service contracts for heating and cooling equipment
Manage all construction and HVAC, boiler, cooling tower - boiler chemicals, loading docks, overhead doors, etc. projects
Maintain dust collectors
Some CAPEX projects
Maintain spare part inventory
Manage purchase orders
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in construction management, construction engineering or related field
Maintaining an HVAC system with over 75 HVAC units in an industrial facility
Construction design and management experience
Knowledge of mechanical drawings and CAD
A US Citizen or a Green Card holder
5+ years experience with construction projects and heating and cooling operations in an industrial manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of electrical control systems
Strong interpersonal skills required for supervisory responsibility
