Lead architecture and design of enterprise-scale .NET applications
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
Hands-on development using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs
Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Drive cloud migration and modernisation initiatives
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in .NET development
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web APIs
Experience with microservice architecture
Strong SQL Server / RDBMS experience
Experience with Azure or AWS
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: .NET / MCSD / MCSA
