Amrize, through its brand Duro-Last, is the world’s largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated commercial roofing solutions. They are seeking a Process Quality Technician I to perform lot acceptance testing, daily process audits, and ensure quality standards are met in the manufacturing of roof panels.

Responsibilities

Will perform lot acceptance testing and release of material for the manufacturing of roof panels
Will perform daily test welds to assure the weld ability of the Duro-Last membrane
The incumbent is expected to be an expert in lot acceptance criteria as outlined in the Quality Manual
The Process Quality Technician will perform daily process audits to ensure each process is producing quality products that meet or exceed our manufacturing specifications

Required

At least 2 years in a manufacturing, testing, and/or lab environment
Self-motivated and a team player
Problem solving and analytical ability to interpret data from process outputs including Excel data analysis
Ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on quality, analytical or lab scale data
Effective interpersonal skills to communicate and report progress to JRB managers
Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

Preferred

Technical training or degree in engineering, math or science
