Lead Analyst
The Kraft Group & Affiliates is dedicated to combating antisemitism through effective messaging and partnerships. The Lead Analyst will utilize data and research to support the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism's mission by analyzing social media conversations and trends related to antisemitism, as well as coordinating communications and reports for partners.

Responsibilities
Lead data analyses utilizing FCAS’s Command Center technology monitoring online conversations regarding antisemitism
Manage customized Brandwatch installation to optimize queries for how data is brought into the monitoring system and how it is classified
Discover insights that will inform overall marketing strategy, weekly newsletter content, regular partner communications, and daily social media content
Identify and research specific topics and trends regarding antisemitism and hate
Lead the planning, content, and execution of the Command Center weekly email newsletter
Coordinate and create monthly reports for external partners
Lead the creation of custom presentations and reports for high-level visitors, such as university presidents, on the conversation trends localized to their community
Identify and research specific topics and trends regarding antisemitism and hate as business needs dictate
Review content, including studies and social media posts, from partners and aligned groups and make recommendations for sharing and cross promotion
Liaise with partner organizations to support their usage of Command Center technology and research
Provide guidance to post-graduate fellows in daily research, analysis, and reporting projects
Provide input to Command Center leader to support the development and management of technology/tools
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
Responsible for the creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards see Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of prior experience in an office environment, including internships
Strong understanding of historical and current topics related to antisemitism, Jewish community, and Israel
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools (Brandwatch experience preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure partnership activity is integrated across the foundation's activities
Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment
