Responsibilities
Assist in managing accounts payable: submission of invoices, follow-up on bookings and payments
Support the execution of internal controls
Contribute to key vendor reconciliations and help resolve invoice-related issues
Maintain proper archiving of hard copy and electronic financial documents
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of the GRIR (Goods Received/Invoice Received) report
Support other accounting tasks as requested by the Finance team
Qualification
Required
University degree in Accounting/Finance
Basic understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
Good level of English (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
