Experience navigating 'stage gates' and production pipelines to ensure content moves efficiently toward final PDF output
Background in copy editing or proofreading with a sharp eye for consistency and accuracy
Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and the ability to adapt to new software interfaces quickly
While content writing isn't required, a background or interest in recipe writing and culinary terminology is highly beneficial
Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume production schedules in a remote, fast-paced environment

Precision in identifying errors during the final production polish to ensure error-free deliverables
Ability to follow strict production protocols and meet deadlines within a structured pipeline
