Technical Support Specialist
Conviso Inc. is seeking a skilled End User Services (EUS) Specialist to provide onsite Tier II technical support for escalated end-user IT issues. This role serves as the primary point of contact in San Antonio, delivering hands-on troubleshooting, strong ticket management, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Resolve escalated incidents involving hardware, software, operating systems, and end-user networking
Provide onsite deskside support across assigned workspaces and hoteling locations; deliver remote support when appropriate
Troubleshoot and support conference room technologies, VTC / audio-visual systems, and printers (network & standalone)
Install and configure approved software, hardware, and peripherals
Support DoD configuration of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) mobile devices (as applicable)
Perform equipment moves, adds/changes, and hardware relocations
Manage and prioritize ServiceNow queues based on impact and urgency
Document work performed and provide timely, meaningful ticket updates through resolution
Meet or exceed SLA targets and contractual KPIs
Escalate to second- and third-level teams and follow through to closure
Contribute to knowledge base content (ServiceNow Knowledge Articles / internal documentation)
Mentor new team members and support the Team Lead during major incidents and escalations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of end-user / desktop support experience (Tier II preferred)
Active Secret clearance (or ability to maintain)
CompTIA Security+ certification
Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills
