As a Systems Engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the DoD’s next generation of weapon systems by leading engineering efforts to design and develop high-quality customized solutions. You Have:
4+ years of experience in an engineering field such as systems or mechanical engineering
Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, to guide development and implementation
Experience in the development and analysis of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Knowledge of the risk management process and tool set
Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of engineering software tools, including Pro Engineer or CREO CAD, or tool sets such as SolidWorks, C++, MATLAB, or ANSYS
Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle
Knowledge of artillery and mortar systems
Ability to lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) discussions and present findings to senior leaders
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required

Required
