Manage high-volume print and design projects, supporting the Creative + Content teams
Act as a liaison between marketing, creative/design teams, and external vendors
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and workflows to meet deadlines
Utilize project management and asset management tools to track progress
Ensure quality and legal compliance in all printed and design deliverables
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or printing agency
Proven experience supporting creative teams, with a focus on print design
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Knowledge of project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, or SmartSheet
