CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to support operations for Whirlpool, one of the world’s most respected home appliance brands. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations at the Whirlpool facility, managing warehouse employees and contractor personnel while ensuring products move safely and efficiently through the facility.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse employees while managing contractor drivers/installers
Direct daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory functions with focus on accuracy and timeliness
Ensure contractors are held to performance and safety standards, supporting Whirlpool’s service expectations
Train staff, maintain OSHA records, and uphold a safe and compliant work environment
Oversee warehouse cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall operational readiness
Deliver accurate reporting, coordinate schedules, and interact with clients and customers as needed

Required

High school diploma or GED
Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
Experience managing both employees and contractors
Strong skills in scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to operational needs

Preferred

Associate degree or applicable work experience with demonstrated success
Experience supporting large national clients (Whirlpool or similar)
Skilled in OSHA compliance, safety training, and equipment oversight
