The role involves providing functional support for an AI-driven platform managing supply chain contracts and ensuring effective utilization of AI capabilities while engaging with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding sessions and create user guides for AI platform functionality
Educate users on best practices for prompt design and interpreting AI outputs
Serve as the first point of contact for user queries related to contract search, summarization, and analytics
Troubleshoot functional issues and escalate technical problems to IT or Data Science teams
Ensure adherence to AI usage policies, including data privacy and output validation
Monitor compliance with contract lifecycle management standards
Facilitate quarterly validation of AI-generated insights against source data for accuracy
Understand and communicate reporting and analytics requirements for creation of new tools
Collect user feedback and collaborate with product teams to enhance platform usability
Identify gaps in functionality and propose enhancements aligned with business needs
Qualification
Required

Strong understanding of supply chain processes and third-party contract lifecycle
Familiarity with procurement workflows and risk management
Basic knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, and governance principles
Ability to navigate AI platforms and interpret outputs effectively
Competence in data validation, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel or Power BI
Excellent interpersonal skills for training and stakeholder engagement
Ability to translate technical outputs into actionable business insights
Understanding of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI usage
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience with contract lifecycle management tools or AI-driven platforms
Exposure to data analytics and BI reporting
