Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s GTM strategy spanning UC, CX and Datacenter sales and managed-services offerings in addition to our Telecom Expense Management capabilities
Lead strategic planning and align revenue goals with market trends and partner incentives
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with OEMs, carriers, service providers and channel partners
Identify and negotiate partnerships and alliances that expand market reach and capability
Oversee the design and execution of revenue-generating sales and marketing programs
Guide pricing, contract negotiations, and large-deal structuring
Represent the company at industry events and serve as a thought leader in telecom innovation
Build and mentor a high-performing business development team that aligns with company growth objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
20+ years of experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, or managed services, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven success developing and executing GTM and channel strategies delivering multimillion-dollar growth
Strong network and understanding of OEM ecosystems
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, privately held organization
