Responsibilities
Ensured that the workplace is safe, professional, and clean by upholding company THM practices
Assures validation and compliance of product requirements by performing and documenting quality checks on production materials at set intervals
Assists the Extrusion Technician in the upkeep of the Extrusion line and set ups for production runs
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by filling out forms that enhance the work environment, encourage machine efficiencies, and promote cost savings
Assists in Trial Production which can include actions in machine set up, raw materials, or other trial activities
Participate in product development efforts as opportunity presents
Supports the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program by completing specific job assigned tasks
Relieves the line Extrusion Technician for his/her breaks and lunch
Completes assigned wrapping and banding to package skids
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc
Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16”
Available to work overtime when needed
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
