Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive conflict of interest searches using databases to identify potential issues
Analyze client relationships and corporate structures (subsidiaries, parent companies) to determine if conflicts exist
Prepare detailed, high-quality reports identifying potential conflicts for attorneys and the General Counsel
Draft, monitor, and implement ethical walls/screens and, when necessary, assist in drafting conflict waivers
Review new client and matter intake forms for compliance with firm policies
Ensure the accuracy of the conflicts database by updating client/matter information

Required

Bachelor's degree (usually required)
2+ years of experience in a law firm conflicts department, with preference for experience using software like Intapp Open or LegalKey
