Responsibilities
Own and manage delivery of large-scale, multi-team technical programs across airline operations, reservation, and customer systems
Develop program roadmaps, define milestones, manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Drive Agile / SAFe ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination
Track KPIs, OKRs, and program metrics; prepare executive updates
Collaborate with engineering teams on system architecture, integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), microservices, and cloud migration
Manage complex integration programs across internal systems
Drive platform modernisation, digital transformation, and cloud adoption (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Ensure security, compliance, performance, and scalability against airline operational needs
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders
Lead cross-functional communication and conflict resolution
Implement best practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, SRE principles
Drive post-production support coordination and incident management
Enable strong documentation, governance, and change management
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Technical Program Management or Software Delivery
3–5+ years specifically in Airlines / Aviation / Travel Tech domain
Strong understanding of airline systems architecture and operational processes
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and enterprise delivery methodologies
Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices, event-driven architecture
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, monitoring, and automation
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data flows
Excellent stakeholder communication—executive reporting to C-level
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
