Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles
Experience operating infrastructure in one or more major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi or other on-prem/private cloud platforms
Solid understanding of Kubernetes, including cluster operations, networking, storage, and security fundamentals
Practical experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, Flux)
Strong experience with GitOps principles and workflows
Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
Familiarity with cloud networking, identity, security, and observability concepts
Strong Linux skills; Windows workload experience is a plus
Ability to learn new platforms quickly and support customers through cloud and platform modernization journeys
Qualification

Experience supporting virtual machine–to–Kubernetes modernization or VM migration initiatives
Familiarity with Spectro Cloud VMO (Virtual Machine Orchestrator) concepts and workflows
Experience with managed Kubernetes services such as EKS, GKE, or AKS
Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CKA/CKAD)
