Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live
Create and track project plans, timelines, and key deliverables
Coordinate with Customer Success, Engineering, and other internal teams
Run status meetings and keep customers informed of progress
Identify risks or issues early and help resolve them
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet expectations
Collect feedback and help improve onboarding processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of project management experience (tech or SaaS preferred)
Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methods
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with customers and internal teams
Experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
Preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus
