Responsibilities
Review customer drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations
Develop and maintain work routers that support efficient use of equipment, tooling, and floor space
Analyze manufacturing processes to improve cycle times, machine utilization, and setup efficiency
Create and troubleshoot CNC programs for both milling and turning operations at the shop floor level
Collaborate with customers and suppliers to clarify technical requirements and manufacturability
Help plan production flows to ensure products consistently meet quality standards
Work with leadership and customers to establish practical manufacturing and design standards
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with precision machining on both CNC mills and lathes
Strong understanding of CNC programming and setup
Comfort using hand tools and precision measurement equipment
Solid grasp of GD&T and cutting tool applications
Ability to diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues directly on the shop floor
Preferred
5 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related engineering field
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
