Responsibilities
Work Schedule – 5 1/2-day, 12 hour rotating shift
Responsible for new electrical installations, and maintenance of existing electrical systems
Perform demand maintenance in all areas of Thermal Media MFG
Complete PMs, work shutdowns, generate/update procedures and prints, order and repair spare parts
Support engineering and operations as needed
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance tasks, project (installation) tasks, and light fabrication tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in automated equipment maintenance
Possess analytical trouble shooting skills driving to root cause of issues
Work effectively under pressure, display initiative and work safely
Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work in and contribute to an integrated operations/maintenance/staff team environment
Experience in Chemical Mixing, Delivery, and Coating operations
Electrical/Electronic/Machine controls: pumps, Control valves, Web conveyance
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical (motors/ PLCs /drives)
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience with AB PLC's, PLC 5, Control Logix
Basic Machine Shop Skills: mill, lathe, surface Grinder
Basic Sheet Metal Fabrication: sheer, brake
Problem solving/troubleshooting skills and abilities
Lean Manufacturing concepts and techniques
Good organizational and time management skills
Aptitude to learn quickly
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance
