Responsibilities
Azure Cloud Engineering
Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and services
Build and manage virtual networks, virtual machines, storage, and Azure PaaS services
Implement high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery solutions
Monitor performance, availability, and cost optimization of Azure resources
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
Support Azure governance, policy management, and cost management initiatives
Microsoft 365 Administration
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD
Design and implement identity and access management strategies
Configure and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust security controls
Manage tenant configurations, licensing, compliance, and security features
Support collaboration and productivity solutions across the organization
Identity, Security & Compliance
Implement and manage Azure AD, Entra ID, and hybrid identity solutions
Support SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle management
Implement Microsoft Defender, security baselines, and endpoint protection
Assist with compliance initiatives (M365 Compliance Center, DLP, retention policies)
Cloud Migrations & Modernization
Plan and execute migrations from on-premises to Azure and Microsoft 365
Lead cloud adoption projects and modernization efforts
Provide technical guidance and best practices for cloud architecture
Support hybrid cloud and hybrid identity environments
Automation & DevOps
Automate deployments and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting tools
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable cloud solutions
Hands-on experience with modern cloud architecture and automation
Ability to design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and services
Experience in building and managing virtual networks, virtual machines, storage, and Azure PaaS services
Knowledge of implementing high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery solutions
Experience in monitoring performance, availability, and cost optimization of Azure resources
Ability to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
