Responsibilities
Install, move, and decommission data center equipment and cabling
Perform rack-and-stack, power connections, fiber/copper cabling, and labeling
Provide Level 1 remote hands support (power cycling, cable tracing, component swaps)
Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, and update ServiceNow CMDB/DCIM
Support e-waste processing, HDD handling, and vendor coordination
Maintain structured cabling infrastructure and documentation
Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance as required
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of relevant data center or infrastructure experience
Any two certifications: Corning Fiber Installation (CFI), Panduit, CommScope SYSTIMAX, CompTIA A+, TIA-942
Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, and DCIM tools
Knowledge of low-voltage cabling and data center standards
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
