Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and other internal and third-party systems
Develop and support RESTful APIs used by internal applications, the mobile app, and external partners
Ensure data consistency, security, and reliability across enterprise systems
Build and support client’s React-based mobile application for iOS and Android
Develop backend services and APIs to support mobile features and data access
Collaborate with product owners to deliver intuitive mobile experiences
Troubleshoot and resolve mobile app issues across platforms
Develop and maintain features for client's corporate website
Build APIs and backend services that power website functionality
Ensure performance, accessibility, security, and search engine optimization best practices
Develop front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React)
Build scalable backend services
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning
Partner with IT and business teams (Finance, HR, Clinical, Compliance, Marketing)
Work with vendors and integration partners when needed
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and production support
Contribute to technical documentation and system diagrams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
Strong experience with: Front-end: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
Back-end: Node.js, .NET
APIs: RESTful API design and development
Databases: SQL Server or comparable relational databases
Experience integrating enterprise platforms
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and data security best practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (CE/CRM) and/or Workday
Experience supporting mobile applications (React Native)
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
