Responsibilities

Oversee the design and launch of new interdisciplinary MS programs and stackable credentials
Partner with faculty and industry leaders to ensure curricular alignment with emerging technologies and workforce demands
Implement flexible delivery models to support working professionals, including hybrid and evening offerings
Lead marketing and recruitment strategies for domestic and international graduate audiences
Monitor graduate student success metrics including enrollment, retention, and job placement
Build articulation agreements and continuing education pathways with corporations and academic partners

Required

Bachelor's Degree and six years' relevant experience required

Preferred

Advanced graduate degree in engineering, education administration, or business

Familiarity with workforce development, adult learning, and accreditation processes
Experience with advancing projects that require coordination with multiple stakeholders
