Application Developer
GraceMark Solutions is seeking a senior IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo Admin–Developer to support and enhance Computer-Aided Facility Management systems for a large, complex environment. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize TRIRIGA/Maximo solutions, focusing on system performance, upgrades, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo environments
Design and maintain rules, processes, dimensions, and workflows aligned with CAFM objectives
Support TRIRIGA upgrades , including environment upgrades and content migration with minimal business disruption
Optimize system performance through custom workflows and configurations
Design, develop, and enhance BIRT reports and BI outputs
Modify existing TRIRIGA components to improve operational efficiency
Support evolving facilities and real estate business requirements
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Facilities Management and/or Real Estate Management
4+ years hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo (minimum one full engagement)
Strong experience with TRIRIGA Projects v10
Experience supporting system upgrades and content migration
Background working with CAFM systems
Strong problem-solving and system optimization skills
