Responsibilities
Process chargeback submissions from distributors and validate contract compliance
Reconcile discrepancies and resolve disputes with internal and external partners
Maintain documentation and reporting for chargeback activity
Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Membership teams to ensure accurate pricing data
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
Uphold and embody AirLife’s values in all aspects of work
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in daily work; look for ways to improve and promote quality & safety
Inspire the trust of others; treat people with respect and dignity and embrace the value of diversity
Use time efficiently; perform job accurately, thoroughly, and conserve Company resources to improve profits
Contribute to building and maintaining a positive team environment
Assure all policies and guidelines are implemented and followed
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of chargeback processes, contracts, and distributor operations
Proficiency in Excel
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
1–3 years in chargebacks, data processing, AR, or Sales Ops
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
