Ski Patrol Office Manager
Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is a premier destination for outdoor adventure, and they are seeking a Ski Patrol Office Manager to support the administrative needs of the patrol team. This role involves completing administrative duties for the management team and overseeing dispatch and first aid room duties as available.

Responsibilities
Completes administrative duties for the Director, Assistant Director and Managers
Oversees and coordinates administrative needs of patrol
Performs dispatch and first aid room duties as available
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Current Emergency Medical Response, EMT, Paramedic, Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC), Wilderness First Responder, or its equivalent and current BLS CPR certifications
Ability to work as part of a team and follow verbal instructions under the direction of the Ski Patrol Management team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with other managers/departments, Ski Patrol staff, guests, and outside organizations
Competent with basic computer use (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, online Incident Reporting system)
Demonstrated ability to make rational decisions
Ability to provide compassionate patient care and customer service
